Every set has a reason.
ThreeByEight plans your block six weeks out, then tells you exactly what to lift today — and why. No black-box numbers, no guessing what to add.

“You topped the range — 10 at 140. That weight’s done its job: up to 145, rebuild from 6.”
That’s the whole product. Every target comes with the sentence that justifies it — and you can always override it.
How it works
Three moves, then it runs itself.
Build the block
Pick your days, your lifts, your priorities per muscle. Six weeks get laid out at once — last week is a deload, planned in from the start.
Show up and log
Warm-up ramp, plate math, rest timer, one-tap set logging. Two fields and a button — the same three taps every set.
The engine explains itself
Next session’s target arrives with its reasoning attached, traced to the sets you actually logged. Disagree? Override it.
The six-week block
You can see the whole mesocycle at a glance.
Weeks down, sessions across. Green is done, orange is live, violet is the deload waiting at the end. No mystery about where you are in the block or what’s left of it.

Offline first
The basement gym has no signal. Log anyway.
Every set you log lands locally the instant you tap it and syncs when you’re back on a network. No spinners between sets, no lost workout because the elevator ate your bars.
Cardio
Rides and runs live in the plan, not beside it.
Zone 2 work sits in the same week as your lifts, scheduled and logged the same way — a first-class part of the block instead of a separate app you forget to open.
